E.K Associates supported SDI in designing and implementing the new Airport Response Coordination Center (ARCC) for Los Angeles International Airport. Acting as system integration subject matter experts, we led the design, specification, and deployment guidance for mission-critical platforms spanning dispatch, access control, life safety, and mass notification systems.
We engineered software integrations for Data911 (computer-aided dispatch), Picture Perfect (access control), FireWorks (life safety), and Everbridge (mass notification), enabling interoperable command-center operations through the NICE Situator orchestration platform.
Through hands-on advisory and delivery support, we helped LAWA establish a connected command environment that enhanced situational awareness, incident response, and decision support across safety and operations functions.
