E.K Associates supported Deloitte Consulting LLP in LAWA’s enterprise LIFT transformation — a multi-year initiative to modernize the airport’s financial landscape by replacing legacy financial platforms with Oracle Fusion Cloud. The effort introduced new capabilities in Finance, Procurement, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and General Ledger while enabling real-time integration across airport operations, banking, revenue systems, and contract management.
